GBWN Reports Pause in Ceder City Water Grab

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) recently decided to pause the environmental review for the first phase of the Cedar City Water Grab. In other words, Iron County doesn’t have a Right of Way to export water. However, they still have tentative paper water rights that –– in our view –– are not in compliance with a flawed settlement agreement.
